Our Refund Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and should be read in conjunction with those documents. We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without notice. Please review this Refund Policy before scheduling any service through the platform.
By scheduling and contracting our services, you represent and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Tours may be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to the tour start date. Tours that are cancelled 72 hours prior to the tour start date will receive a full refund of the total price paid for the tour.
To make a cancellation of a service, please send us your cancellation request via our contact information. Please note that in order to receive a full refund, the user must submit the tour cancellation request 72 hours prior to the tour start date.
Tour cancellation requests will be processed and approved on a case-by-case basis and will be confirmed via email to the relevant user.
In the event that the customer requests changes or adjustments to a confirmed booking, such changes or adjustments must be requested and made 72 hours prior to the tour start date. Requests for changes and adjustments to confirmed bookings are subject to approval by The Restaurant Touring Company Ltd.
If changes and adjustments are requested by the customer within 72 hours of the tour start date, The Restaurant Touring Company Ltd will make every effort to satisfactorily make such changes and adjustments to meet the needs of our customers. If it is not possible to make such changes and the user requests cancellation, the user will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid for the booking and the tour.
In the event that the customer requests changes and adjustments to the relevant tour booking within 72 hours prior to the start date of the tour, The Restaurant Touring Company Ltd. will make every effort to make such adjustments and changes to the customer’s tour booking, but if such changes and adjustments to the tour booking are not possible and the user requests cancellation of the booking, the customer will not receive a refund.
No refunds or cancellations will be made once the tour has started.
